Leaders Create Culture
About This Course
In this sprint, we work with participants to discuss the possibilities of being leaders who are growing constantly, putting away existing assumptions. We will walk through illustrations of how leaders actually make a break from the culture, often in response to a difficult event or crisis, instead “acting upon” the culture as agents of change.
- Leaders become free to create culture
- Leaders challenge the status quo
- You get the culture you deserve
- Leadership requires determination
- Leaders are empowered and empowering
This course is designed to help you improve your leadership performance by taking charge of your own leadership development. This one-week sprint is part of a 20-week series the 100-Day Leader’s Journey designed to help you develop the leadership skills already inside you. You will be asked to dedicate about ten minutes of your valuable time each day to taking charge of your own leadership development.
In just a few minutes every day, you will explore various ways to develop your own leadership skills. You will be challenged to not only think about what it would take to help yourself become a more effective leader, but you will be asked to take what you learn every day, put it into practice (or, at least try an experiment or two), and share the results and impact of your actions with the colleagues taking this journey with you.
