Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group. He is the world’s leading thinker on managing people and organizations and the author of over 30 books.
In the opening one-hour session introduced by Thinkers50’s Stuart Crainer, Dave will provide a powerful overview of the OGS and share insights on the early results of this research with over 1,000 companies. The session will review the key human capital initiatives in talent, leadership, organization, and HR that business and HR leaders might pursue to deliver stakeholder results.
Those who attend this webinar will have a roadmap to understand, assess, prioritize, and focus on initiatives that deliver results. They will also recognize specific initiatives in talent, leadership, organization, and HR that will have the most impact on key outcomes. This free introduction by Dave Ulrich will be inspiring. The series will then allow each participant to take a short (12 to 15 minute) assessment on each of the four human capital pathways (talent, organization, leadership, and HR). Those who take this assessment will get a customized report that not only tells them how they are doing versus a global average, but guides them on where they should focus to deliver results that matter to them.
In addition, those who complete the assessment will be invited to attend a facilitated discussion on the pathway where they completed the assessment to get the latest insights on that pathway and receive advice on how to make progress. The follow-up discussions will be run by RBL Group partner, Norm Smallwood, and Alan Todd, CEO and founder of CorpU along with Dave Ulrich.
