AGENDA... Opening: Alan Todd will open the discussion with a quick introduction to set the stage and review the goals for today’s Social Learning Executive Council meeting. Presentation: Irada Sadykhova, Director of Learning and Organization Effectiveness at Microsoft, will discuss how Microsoft engineering community drives learning through sharing, collaboration, and networking. Deeper Dive: We will debate the business impact of social learning – in particular, how might social learning address business problems like the economy, rate of change, and innovation.
