Overview

The University of Farmers believes that if their customers don¹t succeed, they don¹t succeed and they hold themselves accountable for delivering training that impacts the bottom line. The University starts by defining a key business problem and the outcomes necessary to solve it, and then work backwards from there to create the right development programs. Through this approach, the Learning & Development team has significantly increased the success rate of Farmers¹ agents and helped raise agent productivity by 25 percent.
