Some of the members have many years of MasterCard talents, some have learning and development talents, and others bring key skills to the table, such as evaluating metrics. This team is in a position where they are able to use their talents to their greatest ability.
 
Rebecca Ray claims that in order to build a strong L&D team, you should “find the best you can, empower them, and get out of the way.” The team is charged with the overall goal of building leadership, as well as imparting strategy at all levels of the organization.
