Overview
Research has shown that strong employee engagement is key to getting and keeping employees that contribute to improved performance and business results. However, despite a commonly held belief that L&D increases employee engagement, little research exists on the correlation between them. This presentation will describe a groundbreaking study into the relationship between L&D and employee engagement, and how that study is beginning to influence Caterpillar’s learning effort and take it to a new level.
