Complexity Leadership Theory: A New Paradigm for Leadership is a presentation from the 2010 CorpU Global Leadership Congress by Mary Uhl-Bien, Ph.D. Here are a couple of primary points from the presentation:

Complexity Leadership Theory is grounded in a new paradigm.
Complexity Science is the “study of the behaviour of large collections of … simple, interacting units, endowed with the potential to evolve with time” (Coveney, 2003)
It focuses on the dynamics of interaction, and how those dynamics are generative of emergent adaptability and creativity.
