This month's Social Learning Executive Council meeting discussion centered around the definition of the future of learning and the skills that will be needed to support the agile, organic learning of the future. Several companies shared their perspective on skills that are needed for their L&D group to prepare for this future, including the Institute for Habits of Mind, the DFS Group, FMC Technologies, Coca-Cola, Lowe's, and Evans Analytical Group.
